Proofreading of translated texts and documents

The platform is self-service and offers both translation and proofreading of translated texts and documents.

When choosing a translator, it should be borne in mind that the translation service is generally performed by at least two people - translator and proofreader. The proofreader checks the translator's translation, makes corrections and serves as quality control. When you order a translation from a translation agency, it always (or at least should) perform quality control before handing over the translated text or document to the client.

On our platform, the client has the option of choosing a translator and proofreader who are different from each other or submitting the order to a translation agency that provides internal quality control and can thus provide both services in one order.

If the client decides, he may not order proofreading of the translated texts or documents at his own risk. In this case, he will pay less, but he will certainly receive a worse quality of translation.

Please note that the platform is self-service and we do not guarantee the quality of the translation you will receive. The platform team checks the competence of translators based on language proficiency documents and, at their discretion, test translations. Agencies are checked separately for the presence of an office, quality control team, etc. However, it is up to you to choose the right translator and proofreader depending on their biography and rating. If you decide not to order proofreading, please review the received text carefully, because it will probably need corrections - no one works perfectly.
